Boericke & Tafel have formulated Alpha CF Homeopathic Cold & Flu homeopathic remedy for children experiencing symptoms of cold or flu.

Boericke & Tafel have formulated a homeopathic remedy for children who are experiencing symptoms of cold or flu. Place tablets on child's tongue and let dissolve or mash in a teaspoon with water. At first sign of cold or flu, 3 tablets every hour for children 6 to 12 years of age; as symptoms improve 3 tablets every 3 hours, then 3 times a day until well. For a child 2 to 5 years of age, 2 tablets as above.
