Return/Refund Policy
To be eligible for any kind of credit, Hullistic Market must be informed of any discrepancy with your order within 45 days.
To be eligible for a refund on shipped products, returns must be received within 90 days from purchase. No products may be returned if the outer safety seal has been broken and/or opened.
A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns. Refunds will be for the full purchase price (less shipping, handling and re-stocking fees). Personalized/autographed items are not eligible for a refund. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
Hair analysis refunds: No refund will be issued for the hair analysis if your hair sample has already been sent to the lab for analysis. If your hair sample has not been sent to Dr. Hull within 90 days, a refund cannot be issued, but credit for payment will be applied to our other services. You can submit a hair sample for another person, or you can have a 60-minute phone consultation with Dr. Hull to discuss your health concerns.
