What is Zinc Trace Element (Zinc)?

Zinc 50 mg is a dietary supplement and a full range Amino Acid Chelate.

The zinc in this highly advanced product is reacted with amino acids derived from whole rice concentrate rather than ordinary soy, yeast, or milk protein which are commonly used to chelate minerals. The special rice concentrate used by Solaray is approximately seven times higher in amino acid content than ordinary rice and has a better essential amino acid profile than soy.

If you are low in zinc, I recommend taking a zinc supplement for a limited period of time. The best form of zinc is in the form of a zinc chelate, which allows more rapid absorption of zinc into the body to be freely absorbed into the bloodstream. I also recommend taking no more than 60 mcg daily when zinc is needed.
